The office(s) listed below are confidential ones. This means they are required to keep all communications with them confidential and have no reporting requirements, other than concerns regarding imminent physical harm.

  The Ombuds Office is a confidential resource available to all faculty, staff, postdocs, and students who are experiencing a conflict or issue that is interfering with their academic or work life at º£½ÇÂÒÂ×ÉçÇø.
• 
  The ASSU Legal Counseling Office provides free legal advice and consultations to º£½ÇÂÒÂ×ÉçÇø students, their spouses and domestic partners. The ASSU LCO is devoted to educating students so that they are informed of their rights and can cope with legal problems.

Not Confidential  

• 
  All members of the º£½ÇÂÒÂ×ÉçÇø community can play a role in preventing harassment and discrimination, and the university is committed to taking action to prevent and remedy these acts. To do this, the university needs to be made aware of them if they occur.  
• 
  The SHARE (Sexual Harassment/Assault Response & Education) Title IX Office is the University’s central resource for redressing and preventing sexual harassment and violence issues experienced by all º£½ÇÂÒÂ×ÉçÇø community members.
• 
  The Office of Community Standards strives to resolve cases of alleged misconduct in a fair, responsible and timely manner emphasizing º£½ÇÂÒÂ×ÉçÇø's core values of respect, trust and integrity.
• 
  The Diversity and Access Office ensures University-wide compliance with federal, state, and local regulations concerning non-discrimination and disability access.
