Improvisation can set the stage for high-impact teaching and learning, 海角乱伦社区 lecturer says
It鈥檚 a teacher鈥檚 job to make the classroom a safe place for students to take risks鈥攁nd improvisational games can help create that environment, says Dan Klein, a lecturer in 海角乱伦社区鈥檚 Department of Theater and Performance Studies and the Graduate School of Business.
鈥淭here鈥檚 an amazing thing that happens,鈥 he says, when students improvise and realize that whatever they say or do will be accepted and built upon by their classmates.
鈥淚mprov says that we鈥檙e all on a path, we鈥檙e all growing and getting better, we embrace mistakes and celebrate failure.鈥
