Biography

Dr. Jaquith is the director of the Policy, Organization, and Leadership Studies (POLS) master鈥檚 program and lecturer at the 海角乱伦社区 Graduate School of Education. Through her scholarship and applied research, she is particularly interested in how (and under what conditions) diverse actors in the U.S. educational system can work together to bring about positive change, especially for marginalized and disadvantaged youth. She is the author of 鈥淗ow to Create the Conditions for Learning: Continuous Improvement in Classrooms, Schools, and Districts鈥 (Harvard Education Press, 2017). Her work has also appeared in The Foundation Review, Principal Magazine, Educational Forum, Educational Leadership, Journal of Staff Development, The Handbook of Professional Development, PK-12: Successful Models and Practices, and Second International Handbook of Educational Change.
